Miss Rachel,

Thank you again for all you did for us this school year. You helped us get over our fear that our child would never be comfortable at school! It was a long six weeks of stress and concern when we dropped her off. It’s amazing to now see the transformation as she grows more mature each day. I can’t say enough good things about you and your school program. Our daughter is really looking forward to the three days in the fall.

We are very sad to be saying goodbye to Montessori. I can’t say how nice of a time Dylan and myself had these past two years. It’s such a special school because truly kind and special people make it so.

My daughter started Montessori School of Redding when she was two-and-a-half. I have always said to every parent who asks me, “If you can give your child a Montessori education, especially at a young age, it is the best gift that you can give.” I was looking for a part-time toddler program and I wanted to feel very comfortable with the teachers with whom I would be leaving her and know that she was being loved, educated, and nurtured. I also wanted a program which would help my daughter not only with the transition to pre-school, but also with the eventual transition to public school. With Montessori School of Redding, all of my requirements for my daughter’s first school were met, and then some. My daughter loves going to school, adores her teachers and friends, and is learning something new every day. I am thrilled that, at the age of four, she is learning her letter sounds, can sing patriotic songs and do math, is blossoming socially, and will; without a shadow of a doubt, be ready for Kindergarten when the time comes. Miss Bev, Miss Lindsay, Miss Rachel, and Miss Sarah are all teachers who my daughter adores, and she looks forward to seeing them every day- during vacations, she always tells me that she misses school and wants to go back!

Our decision to send our daughter to Montessori School of Redding was absolutely the right one, we are confident that we have given her the right start in her education, and that she will meet all of her future educational challenges with the confidence that she has learned at Montessori School of Redding.
