Our school gives the quintessential preschool feeling to friends, students and visitors alike. The Montessori School of Redding is located on Cross Highway at the First Church of Christ Congregational in the center of town.

Nestled in the back of the building, our bright, light filled classrooms attract children and parents from Redding and the surrounding towns. The classroom is neat and organized without clutter and distraction.

Our outside play area is tucked away at the side of the building and gives the children plenty of space to run and play.

Truly a hidden gem, even at first glance, our school give the quintessential preschool feeling to friends, students and visitors alike.

Parent And Community Involvement

Parents are given various opportunities to visit the classroom to share a talent, read a book or simply observe the class. We schedule Mom’s Nights, Dad’s Nights, and Grandparent’s Days. We support local charities such as Danbury Women’s Shelter, Dorothy Day, and Morning Glory as well as supporting local organizations such as the Mark Twain Library; Redding Elementary School PTA events including the annual Ladies’ Night out, RES PTA’s largest fundraiser. Each year our children march in the town’s Memorial Day Parade.
